Not much for a review writer but would highly recommend Matt here at That appliance guy. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Price was great and he got my dryer up and running in an hour. Top notch service. Would recommend to any homeowner for appliance repair/maintenance
Matt is amazing! He was thorough in diagnosing our fridge and walked me through exactly what was going on. He also laid out all of the options I had, explained the pros and cons, and never tried to push me into anything. Super professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—I’d recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair!
When our freezer wouldn’t defrost and then suddenly our fridge stopped working we called That Appliance Guy to come fix it. Poor guy didn’t know what he was getting into! After one part was fixed there had been a power surge that we didn’t know had broke another part in the fridge. He came back multiple times over the space of a week to try to figure out and fix the new problem. After spending a time with no fridge, I’m very grateful we had him nearby to get the job done right in time for Thanksgiving!
Matt was great. Was on time with appointment, accessed issue with my stove and found bottom heating element broke. Had part on hand and fixed in 20 min. Service call price and part very reasonable. Saved Thanksgiving and my pocketbook from buy a new stove. I will definitely refer others to him. Thanks again Matt!
Our dryer stopped drying, and of all the businesses we called, Matt was the one who called back. He was timely, efficient, fair priced and did a great job communicating any changes with us. In a town where it is hard to find someone to show up, stay and complete the job, Matt not only meets that criteria, but he also went beyond with his great customer service skills. Our dryer is now working and we are beyond happy! We highly recommend him, and if needed, will call him in the future!
